PSTF Training Building and Annex Remodel

Solicitation #26-108-CP. Issued by Office of Project Management. Description of Work: Work of the PSTF Training Building/Annex Remodel is defined by the Construction Documents and includes but is not limited to the construction of a new training building to include the exterior shell, all windows and exterior entry doors; all exterior finishes; includes interior stairs and second level framing (as part of the new Building Scope). The scope of work includes code minimum lighting and mechanical items, all sub-slab MEP lines, exterior lighting, foundation and slab work. All earthwork is unclassified, and includes the installation, maintenance, and removal of necessary sediment and erosion controls.
