Solicitation #26-430 IFB. Issued by Division of Water & Sewer Utilities. Frederick County, Maryland, (the "County") is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (the "Contractor") for the provision of all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supervision, and insurance necessary for County installation of sewer flow meters with all necessary sensors and hardware as called for in the contract documents, specifications, and price page. The sewer flow meters must be capable of accurately measuring flow in open channel conditions (within manholes) using Doppler technology. The equipment must be suitable for long-term deployment in harsh sewer environments with minimal maintenance requirements.
