Cloud and migration AI readiness study

All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Kimberly Silvernagel at kimberly.d.silvernagel.civ@us. navy.mil no later than 11:59 A.M EST September 24, 2026. Items must be brand new. Quote all items or none. Solicitation N00421-26-Q-1352 is issued as a sole source procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis to PARRAID LLC for Cloud Migration and AI Readiness Study of Omega Software Suite, (see section C of RFQ for specifications) under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12.
