The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to design and construct an upgrade to the Effluent Filters and associated structural, mechanical equipment, piping, and accessories. The primary purpose of the project is for the design and construction of four (4) cloth media filters that will replace the six (6) existing sand filters.
