Solicitation #24-021. Issued by HR - Human Resources. The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to conduct a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) assessment to identify potential inequities in the application of human resources policies, procedures, programs, organizational practices, and system-wide communication within the organization. Firms shall also provide recommendations to embed equity into the Charles County code and update the County’s DEI Strategic Plan to ensure its accuracy.
