The Board of Commissioners for Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide planning, design, permitting, and engineering services on task-oriented contracts relating to a wide variety of the Department of Recreation, Parks and Tourism planning projects including, but not limited to, a parks and recreation master plan, public arts master plan, feasibility studies, and park design and development.
