Solicitation #25-034. Issued by PGM - Planning & Growth Management. The Board of County Commissioners of Charles County is seeking proposals for graphic design, content services, and the development of a Department of Planning and Growth Management website. PGM is looking for a firm with the capabilities to either provide comprehensive creative and technical services to develop, design, and maintain a non-proprietary database driven website and Content Management System (CMS) in support of PGM’s functions or to re-design PGM’s existing web site through our current vendor, Granicus, and provide recommended content changes, layout changes, writing for web best practices, etc. PGM’s information is currently housed under the Charles County Government website: https://www.CharlesCountyMD.gov/PGM .
