Solicitation #25-028. Issued by DPW Utilities - Capital Services. The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision to retrofit an existing SWM pond to treat the estimated 34.11 acres of impervious surfaces. The County is proposing this project as part of their efforts to satisfy portions of their NPDES MS-4 permit. This project can provide equivalent water quality treatment for 16.66 acres of impervious area.
