Solicitation #25-021. Issued by RPT - Recreation, Parks & Tourism. The Board of Commissioners for Charles County hereby are requesting proposals for a qualified firm to complete the Charles County Public Arts and Culture Master Plan will enrich the vision of the public art policy and establish a strategy for future art projects in Charles County. The document will identify priorities, areas and themes that should be considered as public art projects are developed, as well as identify a list of potential long-term projects. It will establish basic principles for how public art can be integrated into local architecture, gathering places, and natural landscapes.
