Construction Surveillance and Inspection Services

Solicitation #25-014. Issued by DPW Utilities - Capital Services. The County Commissioners of Charles County are hereby requesting sealed proposals from qualified, multi-disciplined engineering firms to provide professional construction surveillance and inspection services on an as-needed basis with no minimum quantity guaranteed. This work shall be for the performance, as necessary, of construction surveillance and inspection services for current and future construction projects that include, but are not limited to buildings, roadways, water and sewer. Any firm responding to this solicitation must be either a professional engineering or architectural firm and must have registered professional engineers on its full-time staff. Providing construction surveillance and construction inspection services must be part of the firm's primary core business.
