The Department of Commerce is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to provide Business Recruitment Consultant Services for the East Coast Region. This position is designed for a one-person role to support an efficient communication structure in a high paced environment. The independent contractor will exclusively represent Kansas and oversee recruitment services to the East Coast Region, consisting of the states; Connecticut, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
