Oak Park Ave., Chicago, IL 60634. 10 - LPNs - $67.00 per hour, 37.5 hours per week for approximately 13 weeks. Item 2 (948-64 Nursing Services): The contractor will provide Temp Nursing Staff CNAs (Certified Nurse Assistant) Illinois Veterans' Home at Chicago is a 200 bed, long-term, skilled nursing facility serving veterans of the State of Illinois, located at 4250 N.
