This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeks to identify qualified potential providers of the following services: Qualifications and a minimum of 5 years� experience in Interior/Exterior commercial paint products and application procedures including: latex and oil-based paints, primers, sealers and coatings; elastomeric coatings; exterior cleaning/washing products and procedures (high- and low-pressure systems); Lead-b sed paint remediation, containment, and disposal. The Contractor shall have the ability to perform carpentry and masonry repairs as required to provide a suitable substrate for coating applications and ability to safely operate aerial lifts and/or provide rope access to ensure project completion.
