The work includes removal of existing roofing materials, repair of damaged or deteriorated wood plank decking, installation of new fiberglass asphalt shingles, overlay decking, underlayment, leak barrier membrane, gutters and downspouts, roof ventilation, flashing, asbestos-containing mastic remediation, and repair and repainting of existing wood louvers.
