Reference #UCF-614 Water Treatment Plant. Description: This includes well drilling, casing, grouting, developing, capacity testing, geophysical and video logs, Florida Drinking Water Standards analysis, disinfection, and potential well stimulation with chemicals. Construction and testing of two (2) 16-inch diameter Upper Floridan Aquifer public water supply wells with a total estimated depth of 500 feet. This includes borehole drilling, well construction, well casings, borehole grouting, well development, specific capacity pumping tests, geophysical and borehole video logging, Florida Drinking Water Standards analysis, well disinfection, and potential well stimulation with chemicals. The CONTRACTOR responsible for constructing the wells shall be licensed by a Florida Water Management District as a Water Well Contractor employing only competent workers for the execution of this Work, and all such Work shall be performed under the direct supervision of an experienced well driller and an adequate number of competent helpers.
