The City of St. Augustine’s Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) requests bids to construct a Kayak Launch, Pier, Sidewalks, site furnishings and Parking area located in Eddie Vickers Park in Lincolnville. The Kayak Launch Construction Project at Eddie Vickers Park is part of a phased effort to enhance recreational amenities at the park and expand public access to the water. This initiative underscores the importance of providing accessible outdoor recreation opportunities for residents and visitors alike.
