Summary: Putnam County School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a web-based, AI-assisted master-scheduling solution for three junior-senior high schools. The proposed solution must integrate with the District’s Skyward Student Information System and support the complete scheduling process, including importing data, entering and managing complex scheduling constraints, creating course sections, assigning teachers, building master schedules, loading students, and transferring completed schedules back into Skyward. The selected vendor will also be responsible for implementation assistance, training, and ongoing technical and customer support. The District is seeking a solution that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the master-scheduling process while allowing each school to address its individual scheduling needs and requirements.
