Reference #IFB-KC-27-001. Description: Notice is hereby given that the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids to purchase the following surplus County-owned real property:

Pasco Bid ID: IFB-KC-27-001 Address/Location: 7107 Oakley Avenue, Hudson, FL 34667 Parcel ID: 03-25-16-0020-00000-0030 Size: 0.10 AC, MOL Minimum Bid: $10,222.00 Terms: Contingent Upon Successful Closing within ninety (90) days of Sale and Purchase Contract execution. A deposit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount must be included at the time of bid submission. See bid package for further details.

Financing: There will be no financing. Cash only.

Pasco County does not make nor imply any warranties, guarantees, or representations to the accuracy of the information provided. Conveyance is by County Deed. Surplus Land Sales are in accordance with Florida Statute 125.35.(1). Project closes Oct 06, 2026 1:30 PM EDT.
