Solicitation #ITB-2026-050. Issued by Public Works. The City of North Miami Beach, FL (the "City"), is soliciting sealed responses for INVITATION TO BID: Highland Village Stormwater Improvements Project (Phase 1). Responses are to be submitted via the City's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/citynmb PRIOR TO 5:00 pm on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. Project work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install backflow prevention devices upstream of the existing outfalls located adjacent to NE 25th Avenue, including, but not limited to, excavation, demolition; installation of proposed drainage structures; connection to existing storm drain system HDPE Storm Sewer (sizes vary), sleeves (sizes vary) and inline backflow prevention device; remove and relocate as required: existing 2” water services; relocate existing 8” watermain; replacement of any sod, sidewalk, pavement damaged during construction, and other appurtenant and miscellaneous items for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation.
