The purpose of this Solicitation is to establish a full-service contract for MDAD HVAC Chillers in order to preserve all HVAC systems and associated auxiliary and water treatment equipment covered herein in optimal operating condition at all times. Additionally, the full-service contract shall meet Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws and Environmental Regulations at the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD).
