The Department will select one consultant to prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and design construction plans, specifications, and permitting documents for the NW 44th Ave – Add 2 Lanes project (NW 60th St to W Hwy 326). The 1.4‑mile corridor is a two‑lane roadway with 12‑foot lanes and curb-and-gutter, with right‑of‑way varying from 50 to 130 feet. Project closes Oct 29, 2026 3:00 PM EDT.
