Reference #RPS-26-00366. Description: Hillsborough County Capital Programs Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide comprehensive Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services, including materials testing and contract administration for various Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Work Order projects with a performance period of three years estimated at $5,000,000.00.

To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in Euna, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document. Project closes Oct 29, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
