Description: Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University ("FAMU" or "University"), on behalf of the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (CoPPS), is soliciting proposals from qualified property owners, developers, and authorized leasing representatives to provide approximately 8,300 rentable square feet (RSF) of leased commercial office and instructional space within Jacksonville, Florida, for the operation of the FAMU Jacksonville Pharmacy Practice Center.

The University seeks a facility that is ready for occupancy or can be renovated through tenant improvements to accommodate academic instruction, faculty offices, administrative operations, student support functions, and community engagement activities. Project closes Oct 13, 2026 2:00 PM EDT.
