Official description
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District (“District”) is soliciting proposals from experienced and qualified professional firms to provide landscaping services. A. Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, tools, incidentals, and all other requirements necessary to perform landscape maintenance including, but not limited to, the following: 1. Full and complete care of all turf areas, shrub beds, annual beds, trees, slopes, retention ponds, wood lines, and ditches, which includes removal, planting, fertilizing, weeding, mowing, trimming, edging, weed eating, irrigation, and pest control. Owner is guaranteed that every planting mass, turf grass, trees, shrubs, ground cover annual/perennials, and flower containers shall maintain a healthy vigorous appearance and shall at all times be of the finest quality.
