The City of Scotts Valley (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms of Specialized sewer inspection, condition assessment, and utility asset management professionals to provide sewer pipeline acoustic assessment and manhole inspection services for designated portions of the City's sanitary sewer system. for One year beginning 11/02/2026, with no option to extend services.
