Official description
Solicitation #2026-RFP-0480. Issued by Information Technology Department. The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide an Enterprise Monitoring solution and associated implementation and support services. The City seeks a unified monitoring and observability platform that provides centralized visibility across infrastructure, networks, cloud services, databases, applications, integrations, and business services. The desired solution will correlate events and performance data across technology domains, improve operational awareness, reduce alert fatigue, accelerate root cause analysis, and enable proactive management of service health and availability.
