Reference #TBD. Description: [UPCOMING POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITY] If voters approve the measure in November, SB 63 requires MTC to submit a proposal to conduct Phase 2 of the Financial Efficiency Review. The third-party consultant would conduct the review in consultation with the subject operators and an oversight committee established by MTC, pursuant to SB 63 (see California Government Code § 67764).
Dates are preliminary until procurement documents are finalized and released, if released. See "Notice of Potential Upcoming Opportunity" for additional details. Project closes Jan 13, 2027 4:00 PM PST.
