Reference #RFP-29258. Description: The Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) works in partnership with the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Caltrans, and other regional counterparts to improve safety, mobility, and operational coordination across the Bay Area transportation system. A key component of this effort is the Bay Area Incident Management Task Force (IMTF), a multidisciplinary partnership that advances regional collaboration, information sharing, and operational best practices among agencies responsible for managing incidents and supporting safe, reliable transportation networks. MTC seeks consultant support to strengthen organizational systems, stakeholder engagement, leadership development opportunities, and performance management practices that underpin program success. The goal of this effort is to build long-term organizational capacity, reduce ongoing administrative burden, and create a scalable foundation that enables MTC staff to focus on strategic leadership and program advancement. Project closes Jan 31, 2027 4:00 PM PST.
