Issued by Public Works. The Town of Mammoth Lakes is seeking proposals from qualified firms to build and support a ticketing system for the new Dave and Roma McCoy Arts and Cultural Center (the McCoy Center), located at 100 College Parkway in the Town of Mammoth Lakes, CA.
The ticketing system will service the new performing arts center, currently under construction with an anticipated opening date of Summer, 2027. The Town of Mammoth Lakes will award a contract to the firm with a proposal that is most advantageous to the Town of Mammoth Lakes and patrons of the new facility. The deadline for submitting electronic copies of proposals is Friday, October 16, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The RFP document is available electronically on the Online Bid Portal at https://www.townofmammothlakes.ca.gov/1016/Bids.
