***The purpose of this amendment is the following: 1 - Correct quote due date to 6 October 2026 at 5:00 PM PDT. 2 - Correct CLIN 1001 end date from 30 April 2029 to 30 April 2028. 3 - Incorporate ATTCH 10 WD 2015-5631 Rev 29 dtd 29 September 2026. 4 - Incorporate FAR 52.222-43. 5 - Incorporate revised ATTCH 1, Performance Work Statement. 6 - Post Questions and Answers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAY26Q0143 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services at Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit Supervisors Office and Meyers Work Center. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 The small business size standard is $22M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. A site visit will be held 30 September 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Supervisor’s Office (35 College Dr. South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150). Please send the CO, Kari Hughes, (on the official posting) and email if you will be attending. This will be the ONLY site visit for this requirement.
