Solicitation #2027-016-RFP. Issued by Procurement. The County of Mohave, on behalf of the Procurement Department, is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed respondents for Title and Escrow Services. All proposals are due before 2:00 pm on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. The Contractor will serve as on an “if-needed” and “as-required” basis throughout the county. The Mohave County departments and divisions requiring Title and Escrow Services include but are not limited to the following: Public Works, Community Services, Flood Control District and Treasurer’s Office. Mohave County makes no guarantee as to the amount of work that will be required during the term of this contract.
