Countywide HVAC and Pipefitting Services and Repairs

Solicitation #2026-RFP-110. Issued by General Services. The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Countywide HVAC and Pipefitting Services and Repairs , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. Wicomico County Department of General Services will secure a County-wide contract for service and repair of heating, cooling (HVAC), and certain mechanical systems in all County owned buildings. The contract shall include a regular hourly rate and an overtime rate for emergency service to perform repairs on equipment or systems. Normal working hours are defined as Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. The contractor shall provide a percentage rate of mark-up on contractor supplied materials. The Manufacturer’s/ Material Suppliers invoice shall be attached to any quote/bill submitted for materials. Mechanical systems repairs will consist of any water system repairs, including but not limited to, water heater replacement, emergency repairs, and installations.
