Mason Dixon Athletic Complex Renovation - Phase I

Solicitation #2025-IFB-060. Issued by Wicomico County Recreation, Parks, & Tourism. The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Mason Dixon Athletic Complex Renovation - Phase I , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The County is seeking to renovate this Athletic Complex in order to make it a safer and more enjoyable place for recreational and sporting events. Phase I of the project will include significant site work, including but not limited to: demolition and re-orientation of 2 ballfields, storm water, interior walking pathways, fencing, additional site work such as electrical / plumbing / irrigation lines for Phase II amenities, sidewalk and curbing, and batting cages. Phase I of the project will take place in the fall and winter of 2025 and must be complete in time for the Little League season, scheduled to begin March 15, 2026.
