Masonry Opening Interior Finishes

Solicitation #2025-IFB-041. Issued by General Services. The County is seeking Bids from qualified Vendors for Masonry Opening Interior Finishes , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. This project provides for completion of interior modified masonry window openings. There are three (3) different basic opening configurations with multiples of each. Due to the age of the structure, there is some variance in window unit placement in the openings. The included drawings are generally specific to the size of the opening. However, individual fitting will be required. The successful vendor shall have the necessary fabrication equipment and skills. Most members shall be fabricated offsite with minimal operations onsite. There is limited workspace in the facility. Construction details are provided in the attached drawings. Dimensions are variable dependent upon individual opening conditions. Disregard Sheet S 501.
