Official description
Solicitation #2025-RFQ-037. Issued by Airport. T he County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Salisbury-Ocean City-Wicomico Regional Airport Grounds Maintenance for Landside Lawn Services , in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The Salisbury-Ocean City-Wicomico Regional Airport is interested in accepting bids for contracting out the grass cutting, weed removal, and spraying of herbicide (our annual Lawn Maintenance contract) along Airport Terminal Road including all parking lots, sidewalks, buildings, and fence. Also, to include the annual mulching of the flower beds. The above Lawn Maintenance Services are for the duration of 7 months beginning July 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025.. Resuming April 1, 2026 through June 31, 2026. The Lawn Maintenance contract is for an initial term of 7 months with the option for two (2) one-year renewals. The County reserves the right to server the agreement at any time, if the Vendor is not abiding by the contractual agreement for the services. Payment will be ceased at the end of the said month of the mutually agreed dissolution date.
