The University is seeking real estate advisory services for initiatives such as, but not limited to: acquisition, disposition, and development of real properties; privatization of existing University assets to increase revenues through creative and cooperative arrangements with the private sector; selective engagement of private developers to assume risk and provide financing and management capabilities for capital projects; and support to the University in negotiating and documenting agreements and in providing on-going advice and assistance in such other matters that may require real estate advisory services. Real estate projects may, for example, be related to student services and housing, faculty/staff housing, athletic and recreation facilities, office/commercial development, research facilities, and guest services.
