The University is requesting proposals from qualified contractors for the replacement of the existing dishwashing machine, tray accumulator, and pulper. The work includes demolition and removal of the current dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, and tray accumulator, followed by the furnishing and complete installation of a new commercial dishwashing machine, pulper/extractor, tray accumulator, soiled tray conveyor systems, mobile sorting tables, and soak sinks. The scope also encompasses all necessary supports, accessories and coordination of final plumbing, electrical, and exhaust connections, along with field verification of existing utilities, protection of remaining building systems, testing, start-up, commissioning and Owner training.
