Vision Zero Action Plan Update - Project Management

In the spirit of continuous improvement, Montgomery County utilizes this platform to post solicitations and accept electronic responses from vendors. The County is seeking to enter into a contract with one (1) highly qualified Offeror to support the Vision Zero Coordinator and Vision Zero Steering Committee with community engagement, workgroup facilitation, strategic plan development, and publication of the County’s next Vision Zero Action Plan as described in the Scope of Work below. Offerors may subcontract in order to perform the full Scope of Work. The County, with the support of the Contractor, will complete the Vision Zero Action Plan update within one (1) year of the notice to proceed. Offerors must submit a draft project plan to meet this timeline and Scope of Work outlined below. At the end of the term, the County has a new Vision Zero Action Plan that has focused actions, high crash risk locations, and performance measures to further enhance and advance the County’s goal of eliminating serious injury and fatal crashes from our roadways Procurement Officer: Baltimore Sheronda ([email protected]).
