Bituminous concrete paving at multiple Prince George's County sites

Solicitation #B41-125. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission), is soliciting bids for supplying and placing bituminous concrete pavement and performing associated work at the fifteen (15) sites referred to herein for which a lump sum price for each is requested and/or for additional sites as may occur throughout the term of this contract. There is no guarantee as to the number of additional sites which may be added throughout the term, or that any sites will be added. This additional work will be measured and paid for according to the Unit Price Schedule. Other additional work that would be funded out of the Capital Improvement Program, that may be requested to be performed utilizing the unit price rates, would be confirmed by way of a Task Order (Purchase Order). These Task Orders would vary in size and scope, but shall not exceed $500,000 per Task Order. There is no guarantee of any specific total dollar amounts. Under the terms and conditions of a proposed subsequent contract, the contractor will supply and place bituminous concrete in designated areas at various sites in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and perform associated work such as milling, surface cleaning, application of liquid tack coating material and the parking lot layout and striping. Additionally, crack and pothole repair, other patching and various applications of base and surface asphalt, or any of the unit priced items may be required at the lump sum sites.
