Solicitation #B41-119. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (Commission or M-NCPPC) is interested in soliciting qualified forest and tree planting providers for the creation of new forests, supplementing existing forests, planting individual trees, and the treatment and/or removal of non-native invasive plants as part of the Commission’s Reforest Montgomery Program. This work may take place on Commission Parkland or non-Commission owned lands including private properties. The award will be for a two (2) year period and is anticipated that the award will commence on or around April 1, 2021.
