This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is issued by the Board of Trustees (“Board”) of the Maryland‑National Capital Park and Planning Commission Employees’ Retirement System (“ERS”) for the purpose of obtaining a qualified investment consulting firm (“firm”) to assist and advise the Board in managing an investment portfolio of approximately $1.1 billion. The Board will select the most qualified firm to provide investment consulting services based on the response to this RFP and presentations by the top candidates to the Board.
