Solicitation #P44-118. Issued by Corporate Procurement Services. The Montgomery County Department of Parks (Parks) of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission) is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the following two parks: South Silver Spring Urban Park, 1110 East-West Hwy, Silver Spring, MD 20910 Long-Branch Garland Neighborhood Park, 8601 Garland Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20901 This Request for Qualifications (RFQu) will be the first phase of a two-step procurement and only those firms who are pre-qualified as a result of this RFQu will be eligible to receive the fully detailed Invitations for Bids (IFB). No monetary award will be made as a result of this RFQu.
