M-NCPPC is soliciting proposals from highly-qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) and related professional services firms to provide comprehensive planning, design, architectural, landscape architectural, engineering and related services (hereinafter referred to as "services"). These services will be performed on a Commission-Wide basis supporting various work programs of the Commission in Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties, Maryland.
