Solicitation #Bid No. B41-110. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. The Maryland-National Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC or Commission), Maintenance and Development Division (Division) is soliciting qualified contractors through a competitive two-step sealed bidding process to provide landscape and outdoor maintenance services at following sites: Potomac Waterfront Park, Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex, Largo Town Center Park, Woodmore Park, Prince George’s Ballroom, Kentland Community Center, and Southern Area Aquatics and Recreation Complex ( SAARC). This solicitation will be the first phase of the two-step sealed bidding process and only those Bidder(s) who are technically qualified as a result of this solicitation will be eligible to receive the second step of the sealed bidding process and will be invited to submit pricing for the Scope of Work described in Part IV
