Official description

Solicitation #P43-136. Issued by Corporate Procurement Services. Parks is seeking highly qualified Contractors to provide design-build services for a skatepark at Ovid Hazen Wells Recreational Park, located at 12001 Skylark Drive, Clarksburg, MD 20871. The scope of work for the project includes, but is not limited to, complete design and construction documentation and all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and related items to deliver a fully functioning cast-in-place skatepark facility and related amenities. The skatepark is part of a larger park renovation project which is currently being designed. The selected Design-Build team will be required to coordinate the skatepark design and construction with both the park renovation design team and the General Contractor for the park renovation, who will be selected at a future date under a separate solicitation/contract.
