The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“M-NCPPC”) (herein collectively described as “Owner”) desires to contract with an experienced Design/Build contractor for the planning, design and construction for the replacement of the Watkins Park Train Rail System located at Watkins Park Train Yard at 301 Watkins Park Drive, Upper Marlboro, Maryland 20774 (herein referred to as “Project”).
