Solicitation #P40-138. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. One of the responsibilities of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (Commission) is to develop, update, and maintain geographic information system (GIS) data for use in decision making processes within Montgomery and Prince George’s Counties. This RFP has been developed so the Commission can update its planimetric and topographic base map data for use in its various GIS systems.
