Clearing, grubbing and installation of a coffer dam/dewatering area, siltation/erosion controls and associated devices; construction of an ADA compliant drop off area sidewalk, retaining wall, ramp, and bulkhead; installation of a Narragansett anchor hinge (or approved equal), gangway, and hinged floating ramp (Gator Dock or approved equivalent); construction of required foundations and installation of two stiff arms for the floating dock; and associated site work and permanent stabilization measures.
