Solicitation #RFP No. 42-150. Issued by Corporate Procurement Division. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission in Montgomery County (hereby referred to as M-NCPPC) is soliciting proposals from qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) providers to design, engineer, build, and commission, a turn-key installation of a total of approximately 122 kW DC rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) projects at two (2) facility maintenance buildings. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, and constructing complete solar PV systems, have knowledge of local utilities and interconnection, provide project financial analysis and rebate support, and provide system monitoring functionality.
