The Prince George’s County Planning Department of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (“Commission”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide software and related services to host and implement a new cloud-based, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Land Management System. The new system will be procured to replace the Department’s existing custom-developed Development Activity and Monitoring System (“DAMS”).
